A Disturbance in the Force: the Star Wars Holiday Special

We’re headed back to SXSW in Austin, Texas and couldn’t be more excited to kick off our coverage with the story behind one of Hollywood's greatest oddities. The legendary Star Wars Holiday Special finally gets the documentary film it deserves with ADisturbance in the Force, premiering Saturday March 11th at SXSW. We sit down with directors Steve Kozak (Whose Line is it Anyway?) and Jeremy Coon (Napoleon Dynamite) and talk about how the documentary came to be, surprising empathy for George Lucas, the iconic status of Bea Arthur, and of course, Wookies.
